Believe it, the weather is changing and while it should still be a high of 75 today, that doesn’t apply to 7am unfortunately. The same effect that brings you 75 degree weather on August mornings bringeth forth 50 degree temps on October days around the same time, not to mention darkness. I like this weather personally just because I don’t want to have to change or take a Pirate Shower when I get to work but it is dark and following a day of rain foggy as well. All of this makes for some dramatic effects for photography and for significant changes in wardrobe as well (gloves, hat, windbreaker). Change your routine or at least be prepared to and you won’t be taken out when the fog hits or the cold arrives and you want to hop on the bike and ride to work. Gear up now and believe in that change!

Yep…my councilman was working on a similar project for an abandoned railway stem near my house. Somehow they manage to find funding for hundreds of miles of asphalt for an interstate but these projects are rarely initiated.
