		<description><![CDATA[You too and good luck being Vegan this week! I spent a year as a vegan after listening to a presentation by Howard Lyman (sp?) at VCU when I was enrolled in school there.He was the farmer who got sued along with Oprah by the Texas beef cattle association....I still am a vegetarian for the most part (unless I kill it...I figure the venison at my parents&#039; farm eats my pears/apples from the trees, so I eat them, fair trade) but enjoy local meats or fish when available directly for me (my father-in-law had two quarts of local oysters this holiday as he does every year...can&#039;t miss that).  Perhaps we could collaborate on a food/cycling post this spring when people are getting back outside and hitting the local restaurants/backyards....a post you might be interested in is here:

and would be something akin to what I was thinking....food, cycling, coffee from Blanchard&#039;s....brunch is always better with a solid appetite to go along with it.]]></description>
